THE FILLING SYSTEM

The CDF Europe packaging promise provides the convenience of a comprehensive range of filling machinery that complements CDF Europe's product range. CDF Europe has contracted with independent filling machine suppliers throughout Europe to offer a total system solution for bag-in-box users.

The modular design of the Cheertainer bag-in-box system can handle product specifications from manual machines through to fully automated multi-head filling machines supplied with in-line carton erection, powered conveyor systems, carton closing and automatic palletisation. System design depends on the volume required. The CDF Europe support team works in partnership with our customers throughout the entire process to ensure proper understanding and complete satisfaction.

CDF Europe offers three variations of filling equipment; the selection is made by the customer and depends mainly on current volume estimates and current filling procedures.
